The University Quarter (UQ) – born out of a unique partnership between the University of Hull and Kexgill.
Spread across 8 acres and consisting of over 200 houses and a mix of PBSA and a gated community, the UQ is the first operation in the UK to be recognised by UNIPOL as a “hybrid hall”.
A focus is put on the community in the UQ, with a social events calendar, a community herb garden,and a kiosk made for conversation and healthy food options the UQ approaches student accommodation with a holistic approach.
